VIPER Transitions

Redefining Military Transitions, One Veteran at a Time

20220301_121301.JPG

Our Mission

To end veteran suicide through the elimination of its main causes: veteran unemployment, under employment, substance abuse, homelessness, and a fractured support system.  We work to accomplish our mission through pre-employment training, resource networking, outreach, and the inclusion of military spouses in our programs.

Furthering our cause is the most important goal of our organization. We seek to support, empower, and provide high quality resources to our community in a safe and secure environment. Our success isn’t measured in terms of wealth or profit margin, but by the value we provide to those we serve. We have programs that create a seamless transition to quality careers coupled with mental health resourcing and mentorship.

Advocacy

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with the challenges Veterans face when we return home. Advocacy is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.

Support

At VIPER Transitions, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing Veteran suicide. Support is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can make a difference in the lives of Veterans and Military Families. We are always striving to be the difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.

Bridging the gap between military service and civilian life.

  • Our programs guarantee placement in a career.  Whether the participant receives direct entry into an apprenticeship or learns needed skills through an internship, VIPER Transitions participants are set up for success.

  • We do not simply place participants into employment we also introduce them to numerous Veteran Service Organizations, the VA system, and a community of fellow veterans already employed in the participant's field of interest. Providing mentorship and an introduction to valuable resources before they may be needed.

Until 22 is 0

Veterans serve our country with honor.  Now it is up to us to serve them as they transition into civilian life.

One veteran lost to suicide is one too many.

As a community, a State, and a Nation we must do better to support veteran reintegration.

VIPER Transitions is here to see to it that every veteran is given an opportunity to have the American Dream they fought to defend.
